Obturator nerve entrapment syndrome

La presencia de dolor en la ingle y en el lado medial del muslo, referido como sordo con sensación intermitente de quemadura, en ocasiones tan severo como para producir cojera, asociado con espasmos y posterior atrofia del grupo de aductores del muslo, debe originar al médico hacia un síndrome de compresión del nervio obturador.
