Endoscopic colon polypectomy: experience at the Hospital Universitario del Valle

This paper informs the initial experience with colonic endoscopic polypectomy at the Hospital Universitario del Valle, Cali, Colombia, from 1983. Major findings, as well as anatomic and histologic distribution and complications, are presented.
