Abstract

Hombre de 35 años. consultó al servicio de urgencias en otro hospital por dolor localizado en el flanco derecho y en la región lumbar del mismo lado. El dolor no se relacionaba con las comidas; era continuo, sordo y calmaba con antiespasmódicos derivados de la atropina. No ha presentado vómito; las deposiciones y la orina son normales.
