Incorporation of the Health Care System in the West
Abstract
Reflection is made from an interpretive perspective on the specific situation of the historical evolution of health care, since this became a way of intervening patients and an instrument for the healing of diseases, focusing on presentation of original sources that account for results of historical research completed, which range from the fifteenth century to the present day. To do this, try to understand (comprehend) the health care as an ideographic body of knowledge consisting of five pieces of a puzzle of Spain and its state policy of accumulation hospitals, for what is now Germany and the accumulation of medical practices, for England and hospital of pavilions, for France and nosological rationality and for the United States and health machine, as producers of some developments in health care are closely linked, they are nothing more than social actions regulated by social norms.
