Manejo del trauma hepático. Experiencia en el Hospital Universitario del Valle
Abstract
Se presentan 387 pacientes con trauma hepático operados en el Hospital Universitario del Valle, Cali, Colombia. Para efectos de manejo de clasificaciones en: grado I, lesión menor; grado II, el sangrado se detuvo con la maniobra de Pringle; y grado III, el sangrado no se detuvo con la maniobra de Pringle y, por tanto, se sospechó lesión de la cava retrohepática. Casi todos los pacientes (84%) tenían una lesión menor. La mortalidad fue 12.1% y en gran parte debida a hipovolemia y sepsis intraabdominal.
