Síndrome del Hombre Rígido. Tratamiento con clonazepan

Abstract

Se presenta paciente de 43 años con diagnóstico de "Síndrome de hombre rígido". Aunque la respuesta al diazepan fue satisfactoria, se realizó pruebas terapéutica con clonazepan encontrándose buenos resultados.
