Agranulocitosis por dipirona
Abstract
Se presentan 8 casos de agranulocitosis que ocurrieron después del uso de dipirona. Dos pacientes murieron y los otros se recuperaron. Se lleva a cabo una revisión de la literatura y se hace énfasis sobre los efectos secundarios de esta droga y de compuestos similares. Se llama la atención sobre el uso indiscriminado de esta droga.Authors
