Arteritis de la aorta y grandes vasos en nños
Abstract
Se informan 4 casos de enfermedd de Takayasu Onishi en niños, en uno de los cuales se ha realizado cirugía correctora, describiéndose la gama de síntomas clínicos de la entidad de acuerdo con el áera vascular comprometida. Se hace énfasis en la necesidad de tomar la presión arterial y de palpar los pulsos periféricos en el examen físico de rutina en el niño.
