Disfagia post vagotomía

Abstract

Se informa un caso de disfagia post vagotomia. Esta entidad, infrecuente pero molesta, tiene en la literatura cifras que pscilan entre 1 y 4 % de los casos. Su tratamiento es conservador: medidas dietéticas o dilataciones esofágicas. Excepcionalmente es necesario el tratamiento quirúrgico.
