Recaída tardía en linfoma de Burkitt
Abstract
Las recaídas tardías son raras en el linfoma de Burkitt y los pacientes que mantienen su remisión inicial por más de 2 años, se puede considerar clínicamente "curados". En este artículo se informa el caso de una niña con linfoma de Burkitt que después de 4 años de remisión cntinua, recaó solamente en el sistema nervioso central, sin evidencia de tumor en otro sitio.
