Tratamiento de la diarrea aguda infantil.

Abstract

Primero hagamos una distinción entre el síntoma diarrea y lo que podría llamarse " intolerancia intestinal", que es el factor fisiopatológico responsable del síntoma. Dicho factor por lo general requiere la ingestión de alimento para manifestarse, es decir, la alimentacion agrava la diarrea. Cuando dicha ingestión se suspende, la diarrea desaparece pero la intolerancia intestinal persiste, aunque en forma inaparente.
