Policondritis Recurrente
Abstract
A.P 30 años de edad. Profesión tendero. Natural de Pueblo Rico (Risaralda). Procedente de Rozo ( Corregimiento de Palmira)
Causa de consulta: Asma y dolor en el pecho.
Enfermedad Actual: Desde hace aproximadamente 15 años, viene presentando, a intervalos muy variables, episodios de "asma" o dificultad para respirar, agravados por dolor a los lados del esternón y por tos seca que a su vez acentúa el dolor. Estos episodios se acompañan de fiebre moderada, no cuantificada, malestar general, anorexia y dolores articulares, principalmente a nivel de las rodillas, sin signos inflamatorios locales.
