Abstract
Una niña de 8 años de edad, de raza negra, es traída al Hospital Universitario del Valle porque tiene "hepatitis". Habita con sus padres y un hermano en el barrio Mariano Ramos donde no tienen servicio de acueducto y consumen agua sin hervir, recolectada y almacenada en tinajas semanlamente; ocasionalmente usan agua de aljibe. La niña ha sufrido ascaridiasis, gripas y escabiosis. Fue vacunada contra viruela hace dos años y contra polio hace 7 meses.Authors
