Criptococosis y lupus eritematoso. Presentación de un caso.
Abstract
G.C.S (H.C No. 027329). 17 años. Natural y procedente de La Plata (Huila). Ayudante de carro. Consulta por dolor lumbar, malestar general, fiebre, escalofrío, adinamia, edema palpebral y de la cara el cual se generalizó a abdomen y extremidades inferiores, hematuria y polaquiuria. El examen físico reveló un paciente con T.A de 160/100. Pulso 80. R18. Peso 54 Kg. Edema de cara, miembros inferiores y ascitis. En el tórax se encontró derrame pleural bilateral. El corazón era normal. El hígado se palpó a 2cm por debajo del reborde costal derecho. El bazo no se palpaba.
