Tratamiento Quirúrgico del prognatismo mandibular
Abstract
El presente estudio, después de una breve reseña etiológica e histórica, propone la técnica de osteotomía vertical de la rama mandibular para la corrección del promandibulismo. Además se ha probado un anclaje a base de alhambre de acero inoxidable de calibre No. I que por su sencillez, nos ha dado excelentes resultados en este tratamiento y en las fracturas maxilares.Authors
