Hombre de raza negra, de 40 años, que consultó por presentar masa en el recto que le ocasionaba dolor, sensación de cuerpo extraño y salida de material blando y fétido por el ano. La deposición era muy molesta, dolorosa y las heces salían teñidas con sangre rutilante.Authors
