La historia clínica orientada por problemas.
Abstract
Se revisa la manera de elaborar una historia clínica orientada por problemas, y se enseña cómo hacerla mediante un ejemplo práctico. Entre sus ventajas sobresalen que mejora el cuidado del paciente, y crea en el médico mismo y en el estudiante de medicina una serie de actitudes de análisis, síntesis, sistematización, honestidad y empleo del método científico, más útiles para el ejercicio profesional, que los mejores conocimientos cambiantes transmitidos por los profesores.
