Anemia Aplastica en niños
Abstract
De 1977 a 1980 en el Hospital Universitario del Valle en Cali fue posible estudiar 9 casos de anemia aplástica que ocurrieron en niños de ambos sexos entre 5 y 12 años de edad. En este artículo se presentan los hallazgos clínicos, los datos de laboratorio, la evolución y las medidas terapéuticas que se tomaron en estos casos.
