Cirugía ambulatoria. Colecistectomía y tiroidectomía.
Abstract
En el Hospital Universitario del Valle, en Cali, se efectuaron 10 intervenciones quirúrgicas de nivel III, a saber, 4 tiroidectomías subtotales y 6 colecistectomías, sin hospitalizar a los pacientes. El cuidado postoperatorio se llevó a cabo en la casa. No hubo complicaciones anestésicas ni quirúrgicas que pongan en duda la factibilidad de realizar estos procedimientos si se cumplen unos requisitos mínimos que se discuten con algún detalle
