El Caso Radiológico
Abstract
Un hombre de 33 años acudió al Hospital Universitario del Valle HUV en Cali, Colombia, por herida toracoabdominal con arma de fuego. Fue intervenido de urgencia y en la operación se encontraron heridas en el hígado y en el páncreas que se corrigieron en forma apropiada.
Salió del HUV en buenas condiciones y durante 18 días después de la operación permaneció en estado aceptable, ambulatorio y con alimentación oral. Posteriormente reingresa con fiebre, malestar general, dolor en hemiabdomen superior, náuseas y masa palpable en el epigastrio
