Hemoglobinopatías en niños.
Abstract
Las enfermedades hereditarias por hemoglobinas anormales afectan a millones de personas en todo el mundo. Las más importantes son las que comprometen las cadenas ß de la hemoglobina (HGB) y, por supuesto, la más común es la drepanocitosis o anemia de células falciformes. Todas estas entidades son más frecuentes en personas de raza negra y su mestizaje. En este trabajo se pretende dar una información general sobre tales enfermedades con su comportamiento clínico en niños.Authors
