Abstract

La leptospirosis es una enfermedad que en nuestro medio debe ser más común de lo que se cree, dado que tenemos todas las condiciones para que exista. Su ausencia aparente puede deberse a que no se piensa en ella y a menudo sus signos y síntomas se confunden con otras entidades.
