Abstract

Mujer blanca de 29 años, con historia en el hemitórax derecho y en la región escapular, desde 4 meses atrás, sin relaciones con la respiración ni con la tos; además, se queja de fiebre no cuantificada, anorexia, pérdida de peso y tos con expectoración mucosa escasa.
