Abstract

Historia clínica 327700. Hombre de 60 años, cuya enfermedad había comenzado 4 años atrás y que el paciente asociaba con un traumatismo en el tórax. Había dolor no continuo, en el hipocondrio derecho, relacionado con la respiración; 8 meses antes de su ingreso su estado general empeoró y notó la aparición de dificultad para respirar, palpitaciones y visión borrosa.
