Metodología para asignar causas básicas y directas en muertes fetoinfantiles.
Abstract
Se propone una metodología para asignación de causas básicas y causas directas, en los certificados de defunción feto infantiles hasta el año de edad. Se hizo una revisión bibliográfica al respecto, que tiene en cuenta las diferentes clasificaciones propuestas hasta el año 2000. Esta metodología busca identificar las causas más frecuentes de muerte perinatal e infantil para proponer proyectos de prevención con enfoque de riesgo en los diferentes niveles de atención materno infantil.Authors
