Abstract
Este estudio ofrece un enfoque integral del problema de la hernia inguinal, incluyendo los datos de prevalencia calculados de la ciudad de Cali y una técnica operatoria, acorde a la morfología y fisiología del canal inguinal, que repara solamente la fascia transversa; se hace una descripción detallada de las etapas del proceso quirúrgico relacionándolas con el instrumental utilizado.Authors
