Colestasis intrahepática. Presentación de 5 casos
Abstract
Se analizan las historias clínicas de 5 pacientes con colestasis intrahepática; uno atribuible a la ingestión por tiempo prolongado de isoniazida; 1 caso en el cual no fue posible determinar la etoilogía; y 3 casos de hepatitis viral.
Se discuten las causas por als cuales fueron intervenidos quirúrgicamente ante la imposibilidad de excluir obstrucción del árbol biliar extrahepático.
