Scope and Focus

Colombia Médica is an international, open-access medical journal, peer-reviewed, that publishes original contributions aimed at advancing science, medical practice, and the education of the global scientific and clinical community. Owned by the Universidad del Valle, a non-profit institution, the journal adheres to the highest ethical standards in scientific publishing, strictly following the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) recommendations of policies on publication ethics policies for medical journals.
