Authors must complete and sign the Copyright Transfer Form of Colombia Médica as part of the manuscript submission process. This form certifies that the authors permanently and exclusively transfer the copyright of the article to the journal, allowing its publication, reproduction, distribution, and dissemination in any physical or digital medium, in accordance with the open-access editorial policy. It is mandatory for all co-authors to sign the document, which must be submitted in digital format (PDF or scanned) along with the manuscript.
