This report is part of the investigation of new models of surgical monitors and was carried out within the program "System of Simplified Surgery" (SICSIM). The results of 2834 administrations of anesthesia are analyzed. The operations were distributed among 748 cases of level I (26% of the total) and 2086 cases of level II (74% of the total). During the performance of these procedures, a new model of the anesthetic-surgical monitor was employed, and two administrations of anesthesia were performed by the same operating theatre nurses. 77% of the patients received some blocking anesthesia, while 23% received general anesthesia. Neither serious complications nor any mortality were experienced.
