The radiologic case

Se trata de una mujer de 62 años que acude al médico por dolor en el hipocondrio derecho e intolerancias a las grasas, síntomas tribuidos a cálculos en la vesícula. La envían a examen ecográfico de la vesícula biliar, se encuentran cálculos intravesiculares pero además una masa quística en el polo superior del riñón derecho.
Reinterrogando a la paciente negaba hematuria, dolor cólico, referido a la parte inferior del abdomen o genitales externos, solamente había historia del dolor lumbar derecho. No habían síntomas de infección urinaria
