Idiopathic segmental infarction of the greater omentum: A case report and review of the literature

Because of the extremely rare frequency of the idiopathic segmental infarction of the greater omentum, a case of a male patient is described and compared with those of the literature. It is a new case of this rare disorder, often misdiagnosed.
