Teratogenicidad de la prueba hormonal de embarazo
Abstract
En 3 casos de prueba hormonal del embarazo usada en el período vulnerable de organogénesis, tuvo un posible papel teratogénico sobre las extremidades. Se revisa la literatura al respecto y se hace énfasis en la necesidad de abandonar ese procedimiento de gonadotropinas. Asimismo se recomienda estar seguros de la ausencia de embarazo antes de iniciar o continuar terapia anticonceptiva.
