Abstract

Niña de 3 meses de edad que presenta masa en el abdomen inferior desde el nacimiento. El examen clínico revela un tumor de forma oval, consistencia dura y contornos lisos, que ocupa todo el hemiabdomen inferior y mide 15 X 17 cm.
