Testicular feminization associated to reciprocal translocation

The present report describes studies carried out on a kindred in which five individuals were found afflicted by testicular feminization syndrome; two of them have a balanced reciprocal 4/5 translocation; one brother was 46,XY, t (4;5). the mother was a mosaic 46, XX/46, XX, t (4;5). Other individuals were normal. There is an association TFS-t (4;5) for the first time. Additional tests of X and Y chromatin and dermatoglyphic analysis were performed
